Welcome to Sparkle. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of our online store and to all purchases made through our website.

By using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to:

  • All offers made by Sparkle

  • All orders and agreements concluded with consumers

Any deviations from these Terms & Conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

3. Product Information and Offers

We strive to present our jewellery as accurately as possible.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

  • Minor variations in colour, size, or finish may occur.

  • Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind Sparkle.

4. Orders

A contract is formed once:

  • Your order has been confirmed by email; and

  • Payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Incorrect information

  • Technical errors

5. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.

  • Payments are processed through secure payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

6. Delivery

We make every effort to deliver your order carefully and on time.

  • Delivery times are estimates only.

  • Delays do not entitle customers to compensation.

  • Orders are shipped through partners such as Bpost and PostNL.

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery of the package.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

8. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

  • We may withhold reimbursement until the returned product has been received or until proof of return has been provided.

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

9. Exceptions to Returns

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewellery.

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened or unsealed.

10. Legal Warranty

All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty.

In the event of a defect:

  • Please contact us by email.

  • We will provide a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sparkle shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Improper use of products

  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Sparkle.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

13. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Strikes

  • Transport disruptions

  • Technical failures

  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district where Sparkle has its registered office.
