Returns & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right:

You must notify us within this 14-day period (by email or contact form).
You then have an additional 14 days to return the product.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

The items must be unused and undamaged.
It should, where possible, be returned in its original packaging.
The product may only be handled as it would be in a physical store (e.g., tried on, but not worn).

We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

3. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Under applicable consumer protection laws, the following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

Personalized or custom-made jewellery.
Sealed products (ex. bikini's) that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken or removed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

Once we have received your returned item:

We will refund the full purchase price, including standard delivery charges.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
